Flores Concepts in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dependable Production Cook for our USDA-regulated manufacturing kitchen. This role focuses on large-scale food production, strict food safety compliance, and accurate execution of standardized recipes.

You’ll work with a production team to meet daily volume goals, maintain logs, and ensure audit-ready cleanliness. Spanish-speaking applicants are strongly encouraged; we offer a stable full-time schedule, training on USDA systems, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in production kitchen or USDA/FDA facility preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
• Fast-paced, structured production environment suitability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook large-batch recipes according to production formulas.
