Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes tubs and lids using handheld high-pressure equipment and chemicals in a manner consistent with established requirements.
• Completes necessary documentation as needed.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure BEST practices with all team members.
• Attends appropriate team meetings and fosters cohesiveness, communicates improvements to the team leader to resolve issues and achieve synergy.
• Follows Simmons operating systems principles and objectives, understands the role in supporting these systems and communicates concerns or improvement ideas.
