Job summary

Method Security is seeking a USCYBERCOM Growth Lead to build and lead engagement across U.S. Cyber Command and the Cyber Mission Force. You will identify opportunities, shape programs, and manage contracts from engagement through award and expansion.

The role spans account strategy, customer engagement, capture, proposals, and acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate has deep cyber mission understanding and a proactive, autonomous style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber operations, capability development, acquisition, or defense capture.
• Experience shaping federal opportunities and funding pathways.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into acquisition strategies and programs.
• Strong communication with operators, engineers, and government executives.
• Autonomous, proactive working style in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% and active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account strategy across USCYBERCOM and the Cyber Mission Force.
• Manage stakeholders from operators to senior executives to gain traction.
• Develop relationships with operational leaders and funding stakeholders.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, briefings, and demonstrations.
• Translate problems into use cases, white papers, and proposals.
• Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, CSOs, BAAs, and other government solicitations.
• Shape transition strategies from demonstrations to enduring programs.
• Grow programs by identifying adjacent missions and pathways.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Mission Operations, and Design teams.
• Represent Method at exercises, conferences, and senior engagements.
