Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience supporting commercial teams in scientific/healthcare settings.
• 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• Proven collaboration, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing for USCAN, aligning with global strategies and budget.
• Plan, deploy, and optimize integrated campaigns across SEM, ABM, webinars, events, and digital channels.
• Measure performance, provide insights, and drive lead-to-revenue outcomes.
• Manage marketing budget, timelines, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Education
