The role requires 8+ years in B2B marketing, strong leadership, and proficiency with marketing automation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in scientific/healthcare settings.
• 3+ years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead USCAN marketing to deploy integrated campaigns (SEM, ABM, webinars, social, email, events) with budget and approvals.
• Track leads and ensure timely follow-up and proper disposition with sales teams.
• Drive campaign optimization using analytics to improve ROI and revenue impact.
• Manage workflows and calendars in Workfront and Asana, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.
• Oversee marketing budget, forecast spend, and adhere to quarterly and annual caps.
• Contribute to Tier I and lead Tier II events with sales to define audience and post-event pipeline.
