Job summary

Goldbelt seeks an Army Readiness Specialist to support the OCAR P3O with career transition services for USAR Soldiers, Veterans, and dependents. You will help with civilian career opportunities, resume development, and application processes, translating military skills for civilian roles and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, providing interview support, and ensuring timely service delivery within a limited space-and-time frame.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist USAR and transitioning Soldiers with civilian career opportunities and resumes.
• Guide applicants through job applications and interview preparation.
• Translate military skills to civilian equivalents.
• Support Veterans, dependents, and DAC with career development resources.
• Document time spent and services rendered for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with private sector partners and obtain program approvals.
