Job summary

Diaconia LLC is seeking a Logistics Analyst with hands-on USAF acquisition logistics experience, focusing on IPSEs 1-4. The role supports PM and PSM across the full lifecycle, from strategy to sustainment, including LCSPs, BCAs, and post-production transitions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate practical application of acquisition logistics, familiarity with USAF processes, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership on cost-effective product support strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required for U.S. Government entity.
• Hands-on IPSEs 1-4 experience in PSM, Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering and Supply Support.
• Experience authoring/managing LCSPs, BCAs, PPTP and PPSP strategies.
• Involvement in USAF acquisition-coded billets or DoD program office roles.

Responsibilities

• Advise PM/PSM on Total Life Cycle logistics strategies across acquisition phases.
• Develop and execute LCSPs, BCAs, PPTP, PPSP and TPP plans.
• Lead design interface reviews and lifecycle impact assessments of modifications.
• Assist in procurement tracking, provisioning, and asset management for spare parts and tooling.
• Coordinate ILS elements: spares, SE/ATS, data/TOs, training, facilities, PHS&T, and resources.
• Support milestone planning across MSA, TMRR, EMD, Production/Deployment, O&S.
• Apply depot-level sustainment, RCM, LORA, and logistics risk mitigation.
• Participate in reviews to ensure affordable product support integration.
• Address DMSMS/MICAP issues; support SORAP and field assessments.
• Evaluate CLS/ICS and Depot Activation planning.

BA/BS in related field

HS/GED with DoD experience
