Job summary

Diaconia is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst with hands-on USAF acquisition logistics experience. The role focuses on IPSEs 1–4: Product Support Management, Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering, and Supply Support across the acquisition lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a Secret DoD clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and demonstrate direct LCSP/BCAs experience, transition planning, and depot/sustainment knowledge within USAF programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret DoD Clearance or ability to obtain security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required for U.S. Government entity
• Hands-on experience with IPSEs 1–4: PSM, Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support
• Experience authoring or managing LCSPs, BCAs, modification design interface evaluations, or post-production transition strategies
• Involvement in a USAF acquisition-coded billet or equivalent DoD role on major weapon systems
• Familiarity with AFLCMC/AFSC or program offices
• Knowledge of USAF maintenance structure, depot processes, and sustainment logistics functions
• Ability to interpret DoD/AF/local logistics policies and communicate with PMs/engineers/sustainment teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as logistics advisor supporting PSM life cycle management across acquisition phases
• Develop and execute LCSPs, BCAs, PPTPs
• Lead design interface reviews and modification programs with lifecycle focus
• Coordinate acquisition management, procurement tracking, provisioning and asset mgmt
• Manage Integrated Logistics Support elements: spares, SE, data/TOs, manpower, training, facilities
• Support milestone documentation across Materiel Solution Analysis to O&S phases
• Apply depot sustainment, RCM, LORA, and risk mitigation
• Contribute to reviews to ensure affordable product support in design
• Address DMSMS and MICAP issues; support SORAP and field assessments
• Evaluate CLS/ICS/Depot Activation strategies
• Be proficient with ETIMS and able to download builds
