A leading company is seeking a Vision Center Supervisor to drive sales and ensure effective merchandise presentation. This role involves overseeing community outreach, managing budgeting, compliance, and developing Associates while maintaining quality eyewear services. Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signage, and adequate inventory levels. Manages budgeting and forecasting sales, assesses economic trends and community needs.
Models, enforces, and provides guidance to Associates on customer service techniques to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved within company standards.
Oversees community outreach programs and encourages Associates to participate as good community members.
Ensures compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, and overseeing quality assurance reviews.
Develops and implements performance improvement plans, provides direction on company programs, and ensures confidentiality of information.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance.
Ensures the provision of quality eyewear through consultation, education, and minor repairs, maintaining optical equipment.
Supports company policies and values, fostering a culture of belonging, integrity, and respect among team members.
Delivers results by focusing on customer service, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.50-$34.50, with additional bonuses and potential regional pay adjustments.
Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail and supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable laws.
Supervising Associates experience.
