Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe and efficient service in sales and service areas, delivering quality to our members and ensuring the club meets their expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, mentoring new technicians, and ensuring safe customer service.
• Demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, and sales techniques.
• Using digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve service, including handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Managing inventory, operating cash registers, processing transactions, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting high-quality service, and supporting team development.
• Following company policies and completing work assignments efficiently.
