Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards; process transactions; assist members; and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and model respectful, supportive behavior.
• Follow company policies, complete work efficiently, communicate progress, and adapt to change.
