Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the member's expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing; and report issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, inspire team members, and value members' experiences.
