Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Utilize POS systems and sales techniques effectively.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and engage with associates. Adapt to new technology and encourage its use.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory. Handle transactions, maintain safety and compliance standards, and assist members with purchases and concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
