Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources; mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe, efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, inventory, and supplies; operate cash registers; process transactions; ensure safety and compliance; assist members with purchases and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; communicate effectively; prioritize tasks; seek continuous improvement.
