Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver more of what our members love, for less, and collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, and product specifications. Utilize POS systems and sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Process transactions, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
