Position Overview

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe, efficient service in sales and service areas, delivering quality to our members. Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Fulfill sales and service requests, educate customers, mentor new technicians, and ensure safety and compliance.
2. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, and POS systems.
3. Digital Tools Utilization: Use handheld technology to enhance sales, service, and team engagement, and adapt to new tools.
4. Inventory & Operations: Manage equipment, supplies, cash register transactions, inventory, and safety standards, and resolve product or service issues.
5. Brand Advocacy & Teamwork: Promote Walmart values, develop team skills, and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Compensation
