Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, and POS systems, along with sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions using handheld technology.
4. Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety standards, report issues, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
