Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Show proficiency with Point of Sale systems, phone, and in-person selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions regarding services, safety alerts, and product information.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies needs, track returns and orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and compliance standards. Report issues and complete necessary documentation.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, developing others, and fostering a respectful, supportive team environment. Comply with policies and standards, complete work efficiently, and communicate effectively.

- Ability to complete required training and assessments
