Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use POS systems and selling techniques effectively.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions related to safety, new products, and training.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain safety and compliance standards; report issues; assist members with purchasing and resolve concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, developing others, and fostering a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Understand and help overcome roadblocks, and train team members.
- Comply with policies: Follow company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

Minimum Qualifications...
Valid state-issued driver's license, ability to complete required training, and must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications...
Experience in auto service industry or retail is preferred.
