Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet the club's member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate to fulfill sales and service requests, educate colleagues on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, service, and engagement, adapting to new technology and encouraging team use.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, inventory, transactions, and safety standards; assist members with purchasing decisions; report issues and complete documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and embody the brand values.
