Job description

Position Summary

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do
  • Be a Team Leader: Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club. Communicate goals, set guidelines, and ensure adherence to policies while advocating for members, associates, and the company.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations, safety, compliance, tire and battery standards, equipment, and product specifications. Share knowledge, train the team, and stay updated on new products and technologies.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions. Promote the adoption of new tools among team members.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a safe work environment, manage inventory, and support member service operations.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Train and develop team members, identify potential, and promote career growth. Source new talent internally and externally.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Collaborate with managers and partners to meet business needs, analyze information, monitor progress, and identify improvements.
  • Promote Compliance: Support adherence to company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity. Address ethical issues and model responsible behavior.
  • Lead and Participate in Teams: Use resources effectively, coordinate work, provide feedback, and support change management.

Benefits

Competitive pay, performance bonuses, health, financial, paid time off, education benefits, and more. The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with additional premiums possible.
