Position Overview

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, you will support repair and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC equipment at Walmart stores. Your responsibilities include utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, operating hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Use work order systems to document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment
• Complete safety training and ensure OSHA and EPA compliance
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights
