Position Overview: At Walmart, we are committed to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. As a technician, you will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces such as walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related tools.
2. Assess cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure and temperature settings.
3. Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants following safety procedures.
4. Respond to work requests and keep accurate records and logs.
5. Conduct safety checks and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
6. Perform additional facility maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications: Certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred but not mandatory.
