This role involves directing and guiding management and hourly associates on customer service techniques by modeling excellent service standards. Responsibilities include ensuring customer needs and complaints are addressed within company guidelines, building relationships with associates, and facilitating effective communication with customers and team members.
The position also requires overseeing financial performance by managing sales, wages, and expenses, assisting in controlling costs, and developing plans to improve financial outcomes. Budget creation, economic trend analysis, and community engagement are also key aspects of the role.
Additional duties include managing facility operations, setting service standards, developing staff, promoting company policies and values, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus performance bonuses, with additional location-based pay and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, and educational programs like Live Better U.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of general management experience with financial accountability, or 2 years of college, or equivalent work experience including supervisory roles. Specific certifications may be required for firearm and ammunition sales depending on the facility.
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience supervising 20 or more direct reports, and skills in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
