Minimum Qualifications...

1 year’s general management experience including financial accountability.
2 years’ college, or 1 year retail experience with supervisory duties, or 2 years’ general work experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Additional requirements for firearm and ammunition sales positions as specified.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Experience supervising 20+ direct reports, managing performance, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
