This role involves directing and guiding management and hourly associates on customer service techniques by modeling excellent customer service, resolving customer issues within company standards, building relationships, and ensuring financial performance by managing sales, wages, and expenses. The position also includes participating in community outreach, overseeing facility operations, supervising and developing staff, executing business plans, and promoting company policies and values. Minimum Qualifications...

• 1 year of general management experience including financial accountability.
• OR 2 years of college, OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervising 10+ associates, OR 2 years general work experience with supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
