An established industry player is seeking a dynamic manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring financial performance. Directs and guides management and hourly associates on customer service techniques by modeling excellent service, ensuring customer needs and issues are resolved within company standards, and building relationships for feedback and information sharing. Responsible for financial performance by achieving sales, wages, and expense targets, assisting in expense control, creating budgets, and analyzing economic trends. Participates in community outreach and represents the company externally, promoting company programs and sustainability efforts. Oversees facility operations, maintains service standards, merchandising, inventory, safety, and quality assurance. Provides supervision and development opportunities for staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, while promoting diversity and inclusion. Executes business plans, measures performance, and adapts strategies accordingly. Ensures compliance with policies, fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and service, and supports community engagement. The annual salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 plus performance bonuses, with additional compensation based on location and external factors.
1 year of general management experience including financial accountability.
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities over 10 associates OR 2 years of general work experience with supervisory duties over 10 associates.
For facilities selling ammunition or firearms, additional certifications and background checks are required.
All associates must complete necessary trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Experience supervising 20 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
