Job description

Position Summary

Directs and guides management and hourly associates on customer service techniques by modeling excellent service, ensuring customer needs and issues are resolved within company standards, and building relationships with associates for feedback and information sharing. Responsible for the financial performance of the facility by achieving sales, wages, and expense targets, and assisting in expense control and budget planning. Participates in community outreach and represents the company externally, promoting company programs and sustainability efforts. Oversees facility operations, maintains service levels, merchandise presentation, inventory, safety, and quality standards. Provides supervision, training, and development opportunities for staff, and leads multiple business plans and projects. Ensures compliance with policies, promotes a culture of respect and integrity, and fosters a workplace of belonging and inclusion. Focuses on delivering results, continuous improvement, and embracing change. Offers competitive pay, bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and education programs. The annual salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 plus performance bonuses, with additional compensation based on location and external factors.

Minimum Qualifications

1 year of management experience with financial accountability.
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities OR 2 years of general work experience with supervisory experience.
Additional requirements for firearm and ammunition sales facilities, including background checks and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Experience supervising 20+ direct reports, including performance management, hiring, and firing.
