At least 1 year of general management experience with financial accountability, or 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience with supervisory duties, or 2 years of general work experience including supervisory experience. Additional requirements include certifications for firearm sales in certain facilities and completion of required training programs.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with experience supervising 20 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
