The role drives financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, monitoring inventory flow, and developing strategies to meet sales and profit goals. It includes supervising and developing hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing their contributions. The position requires building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous learning. Minimum Qualifications...

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For ammunition-only facilities, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
