The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks, aligned with strategic roadmaps. This role encompasses full lifecycle software ownership, from design and coding to deployment and maintenance, applying cloud-native principles to enhance system resilience and agility, and MLOPs. The position requires technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across teams to drive engineering excellence and innovation. The engineer will engage stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable software that supports business objectives and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
