$47.00/hr - $82.00/hr
Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information and required documentation.
Models, enforces, and provides guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches to ensure Member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing reviews, developing action plans, and guiding the execution of Company programs and initiatives.
Maintains confidential information, documentation, and records as required by Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines.

The hourly wage range for this position is $47.12-$82.69. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
Optional qualifications that are preferred but not required.
