Position Summary

Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, counseling members on healthcare and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation. Models and guides associates on member service approaches, ensuring issues are resolved within company standards. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, analyzing reports, monitoring safety, overseeing quality reviews, and developing action plans.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Valid pharmacy license by job entry date. Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or state pharmacy association).
