Position Summary

Provides pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, and managing controlled medication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate expertise and apply it in developing and improving action plans, providing guidance, and supporting business needs.
  2. Build relationships with stakeholders, identify needs, and monitor progress to support business solutions.
  3. Ensure proper customer service and resolve issues within company standards.
  4. Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety and quality assurance.
  5. Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and complying with legal standards.
  6. Create a culture of patient safety and quality, ensuring adherence to SOPs and documentation.
  7. Implement and monitor compliance initiatives, including billing and HIPAA adherence.
  8. Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace, fostering teamwork and mentoring.
  9. Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and support a positive impact for stakeholders.
  10. Deliver excellent customer service, making decisions based on reliable information.
