Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and looking for a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have experience in this field, we want you to bring your skills to our fast-paced and welcoming environment!

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related, or 7 years' experience in these trades
• 1 year's experience with intermediate-level software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to move up and down ladders frequently
• Comfortable working at heights

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities and equipment using multiple craft skills
• Use work order management system to support stores and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools
