Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Position Summary

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established schedules and guidelines. Inspect, clean, repair, and document maintenance activities. Diagnose issues, dismantle equipment, and perform repairs using hand and power tools. Oversee work of junior staff, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Build relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
