Qualifications

- Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in trades or 7 years' experience in trades.
- 1 year's experience using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Can lift up to 75 lbs.
- Can Move up and down ladders frequently.
- Comfortable working at heights frequently.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
