The Sam’s Club Loyalty team develops and delivers systems engaging over 35 million members annually through cashback rewards and personalized renewal journeys. This technology-driven team leverages data experimentation, behavioral economics, and real-time personalization to enhance membership value and satisfaction. Focused on continuous improvement and innovation, the team applies advanced technologies to create impactful experiences that support business growth and member engagement. What you’ll do:

• Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.


• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple programming languages, supporting full software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes.


• Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Angular, and Node.js.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
