Job summary

About the team: The team develops and maintains the Mobile platform (MyWalmart/AllSpark), delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that support essential tools for Walmart associates worldwide. It emphasizes high availability, reliability, and innovation through advanced technical design and AI integration. By applying model-driven design and cloud engineering principles, the team ensures efficient delivery of impactful software. Collaboration with cross-functional partners aligns solutions with business goals and user needs. The group fosters technical excellence and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle to empower associates globally with reliable and innovative tools.

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
• Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through collaborative, iterative development and continuous integration.
• Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Solid understanding of platform design, product strategy, and technical leadership in scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in DevOps, automated testing, monitoring, and program performance management.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :- Stock
