About the team:
The CSS team provides scalable recruiting support to meet Walmart’s evolving hiring needs. They manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. • Proven experience advising hiring managers using market data and recruiting analytics to inform talent acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and critical skill sets.
• Strong ability to build and maintain segmented candidate pipelines using CRM and automation tools.
• Skilled in developing structured interview frameworks and competency models to improve candidate evaluation consistency.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating competitive offers aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
• Proficient in leveraging recruiting metrics and dashboards to identify process improvements and optimize hiring outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
