If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, this role at Walmart Connect could be the fit you’ve been looking for. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Store Ads Platform to reimagine how we empower advertisers to reach customers in stores. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping Walmart store customers with basket building by providing contextual ad recommendations on Store Mode App and digital screens in-store.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if
  • You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
  • You are resourceful, disciplined for execution, and have a can-do attitude.
  • You are metrics-driven with hands-on experience in driving product adoption.
  • You have experience working closely with Design, Engineers, and Data Science teams.
  • You have experience building user-friendly Self-Serve platforms.
  • You possess knowledge and experience in Retail Media Advertising and Digital Out of Home Advertising.
You’ll make an impact by
  • Building the campaign management platform and ad relevancy and targeting models for App and Digital screens in Walmart Stores.
  • Developing and enhancing products—managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning insights into initiatives, determining rollout strategies, and managing risks.
  • Collaborating with engineering and data science teams, and Walmart partners to define data requirements.
  • Working with Design teams and researchers to define user experience.
  • Conducting industry and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the advertising industry.
  • Conducting customer research to define segments and needs for the product roadmap.
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities, communicating effectively, and gaining buy-in from leadership.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Ad-Tech.
  • Experience in building end-to-end campaign management, ad serving, relevancy, and targeting on app and digital screens.
  • Strong influencing skills, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Execution rigor—ability to think through end-to-end operations and detailed engineering requirements.
  • Sound business judgment, analytical skills, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Willingness to think and act strategically and tactically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in writing white papers and filing patents.
