Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively; develops interpersonal skills for customer service; being flexible to the needs of the business; tracks goods; maintains in-stock levels; controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Maintains knowledge of meat products, equipment, and operations; processes meat according to specifications; ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards; operates and sanitizes equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for business decisions; adapts to new tools and encourages others.
4. Be an Owner: Drives business results, ensures operational excellence, maintains quality standards, manages inventory, and assists members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department, models high-quality service, interacts with associates to address roadblocks, and assists in training.
6. Adheres to Policies: Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses the Open Door Policy; applies these in business practices.
7. Complete Work: Prioritizes tasks, collaborates with team members, communicates progress, and seeks continuous improvement.
