Position Summary: As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.
What you'll do:

- Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of meat types, seasonality, equipment, and operations. Provide meat products to members by processing according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions, training, and quality assurance, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting members with purchasing decisions, packaging, labeling, and storage.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Meat Processing Area
