Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping), ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and manage inventory, equipment, and sanitation.
  3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for making immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
  4. Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring product quality, minimizing waste, securing fragile merchandise, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and proper packaging and storage.
  5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service, training others, and recognizing contributions.
  6. Compliance and Collaboration: Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics. Complete work assignments efficiently, collaborate with managers and colleagues, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and seek continuous improvement.
