Position Summary
As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Operate handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a clean work area, and ensure quality standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions, proper packaging, labeling, and storage of merchandise.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, train and mentor others, and recognize contributions and accomplishments.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and implement related action plans. Use the Open Door Policy to address issues and improve processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and team members, communicating progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Optional qualifications include experience or skills that are advantageous but not mandatory for the role.
