Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
  • Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, adapting to new tools and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring quality and standards for high-volume meat products. Eliminate waste, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience in the meat area, modeling high-quality service and products, and assisting in training and mentoring others. Recognize contributions and accomplishments of team members.
  • Compliance and Collaboration: Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
