Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management in Bentonville, AR to oversee end-to-end operations and optimize merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
• 2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

The role also includes supervising associates, fostering performance development, and supporting company policies to maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

The team collaborates closely with Walmart, Club Operations, Merchandising, and Replenishment partners to identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities. They lead initiatives that enhance merchandise flow and operational efficiency across multiple business units. Focused on driving continuous improvement, the team manages end-to-end supply chain processes, resolves escalations, and supports performance management. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional coordination, they ensure alignment with business goals while promoting effective communication and operational excellence. This team plays a critical role in advancing supply chain strategies that support overall company success.

• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, optimization, and execution to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Ability to analyze complex data and perform root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions and exceptions.
• Skilled in collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Experience developing and implementing business plans, setting performance standards, and managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
