Job summary

• Bachelor’s in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Social Sciences, or related area with 5 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in public affairs, community relations, CSR, stakeholder engagement, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen local relationships and reputation.
• Lead and conduct Community Champion trainings for store and club associates.
• Oversee local giving budgets and investments aligned with priorities.
• Localize and amplify national initiatives on belonging, health, opportunity, sustainability, and local sourcing.
• Advise leadership on community opportunities and coordinate cross-functional engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Social Sciences, or related area and 5 years’ experience in public affairs, community relations, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in public affairs, community relations, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, or related area.
