This position reports to the Distribution Centers (DC) and Fulfillment Centers (FC), overseeing asset protection, safety, and security measures. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing risk, and leading security initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading asset protection strategies and investigations.
• Overseeing safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Implementing security measures and access controls.
• Coordinating emergency response and safety training.
• Analyzing data to identify risks and improve safety processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, or related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in asset protection or safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of security, safety, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Additional Information:

The annual salary range is $104,000 - $156,000, with additional performance bonuses. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), stock purchase plans, paid leave, and education assistance through Live Better U.
