Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Divisional Maintenance to lead operational excellence across multiple facilities. You will oversee maintenance, reliability, vendor management, and facility/equipment repair activities while managing spend and staffing strategies.

The role focuses on cost management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to maximize performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive downtime reduction, and guide transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in maintenance/operations, or 6 years’ experience in maintenance/operations.
• Experience leading divisional maintenance and facility operations with a focus on operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities with safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Guide teams through Automation Transformation and downtime/crisis management.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract administration.

  The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
